Daycare FAQ

  • Fill up this form. Once submitted, we will get back to you within 3 working days.

    • All dogs must be vaccinated at least 7 days prior daycare. We accept titre test with healthy readings too. Puppies and senior dogs are highly encouraged to get vaccinated against Bordetella— a virus easily transmittable between dogs. In healthy dogs, it usually causes no more than a flu and cough. However in puppies and weaker dogs, they can fall very sick. Please consult your vet prior arranging an assessment session with us.

    • For shy dogs, it generally takes them a couple of sessions to warm up to the place and to the handlers. Give them time to settle in. If your dog displays extreme stress/nervousness, we’ll have a chat with you and recommend the next best step.

    • If your dog doesn’t get along with other dogs, please share with us more about your dog’s background and socialisation history/experiences before arranging for an assessment. Not all dogs are suited in a daycare setting and owners need to be understanding of that.

  • Step one: Meet and Greet! Before bringing your pup in, we’d love for owners to share more about their pups so that we can get to know them better. After which, we’ll do a briefing to help owners understand our processes at daycare.

Step two: Give your goodbye kisses and head back in 3 hours’ time! We’ll then bring your pup into our play area with a selected group of calm dogs. This slow introduction will help your pup to be at ease and not feel too overwhelmed.

Step three: Our team will continue to assess and closely monitor the interactions between your dog and the other dogs + handlers. If your dog displays any signs of aggression, stress or other undesirable behaviours that disrupt the group, we’ll separate your dog for a period of time to let your dog settle down. If needed, we will contact you to pick up your pup earlier.

Step four: *little squeaks and high speed tail wagging* As you reunite with your pup, we’ll go through with you on how your pup’s assessment session went.

The safety of all dogs are our priority. All our handlers go through training before they are qualified to manage the dogs. Each trained handler is comfortable in overseeing the interactions of ~ 10 dogs. To ensure the comfort and safety of all dogs under our care, all dogs are required to go through an assessment. Frequent rest times are also implemented to allow the dogs to calm down.

  • Clicker training is a form of positive reinforcement training. The clicker helps communicate to the dog the behaviour you’re looking for. Every click is followed with a reward. Because dogs understand precisely which action earned the click and their reward, they learn new behaviours quickly, easily and enthusiastically. Most importantly, it’s a humane way and most definitely a fun way of training dogs!
